A fantastic community gym. A very modern state of the art gym, along with a swimming pool, sauna and steam. Definately supported my training programme this year. Keep up the good work Team Granite Leisure.
After being closed for 16 months it was great to have the club back open. A lot of money has been spent in the gym with up to date modern equipment installed. The pin machine equipment has been re upholstered and works well. The changing rooms have been cleaned and I am informed that a total refurbishment is on the cards. The locks on the lockers gave been upgraded but a padlock is required. I don't use the pool but it seems to be functioning well. Good price for membership.

We used the swimming pool and sauna - you don't need to be a guest at the hotel to access this. Well priced for the facilities you get access to.
GOOD NEWS! The reopening of Brandon Health Club means the residents of Wolston, Brandon and Binley Woods can get back in the Gym/Sauna/Steam Room and improve their life spans! (Without having to travel miles.....)
It's great to have the Brandon Health Club back up and running again. Granite Leisure have invested well. The gym is much improved and more investment is promised in phase 2.

Burford Bridge Lido

There's something incredibly joyful about swimming outdoors, and The new Lido at The Burford Bridge captures that feeling perfectly. From the moment we arrived, everything felt friendly, relaxed, and well organised. I really liked that the parking is included in the price and it's you register for this at the same poolside booth that you use to pay to swim.
We bought the kids on a sunny inset day, and practically had the pool to ourselves - with a couple of people swimming in the lanes, whilst we were in the play part. The pool is heated and clean, and I liked that there was a good rotation of lifeguards.
From the enormous array of poolside seating, to the multiple cubicles (each with it's own mirrors!) and the option to order poolside hot food. When the practical elements are taken of so well, it's the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer. It's wonderful to see such a great community facility being created. A real gem.
What a gorgeous sunny day we had. Staff were brilliant, changing rooms were clean and fresh, family friendly showers made getting changed really easy. Food was great and brought out to you from the hotel. Water is WARM which we didn’t expect. Honestly one of the best days out we’ve had this Easter holidays.
I had the best time here with my children today! The wonderful weather of course helped, but the pool itself was clean and there were both swimming lanes and free play areas. They have lifeguards, individual changing rooms and pool side toilets, plus parking is included. We will be back!!
Burford Bridge pool is maintained to perfection by very efficient and friendly staff .The setting at the foot of Box Hill is beautifully scenic and regular visits are like mini-holidays in the middle of the the day. Great family atmosphere. Membership thoroughly recommended.

I have joined the new Brandon health club and it is a fabulous place to go for exercise and relaxation. The facilities are great the place is great and the staff team are so pleasant and friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a lovely leisure club.
